By accessing or using ServerManager ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
ServerManager provides server administration and monitoring services, including but not limited to:
* SSH terminal access
* System monitoring
* Service management
* Nginx configuration management
* SSL certificate management
* Database management
* Process management
* User management
* Team collaboration
* Push notifications
### 3.1 Registration
Users must provide accurate and current information during registration.
### 3.2 Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
### 3.3 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for all activity performed through their accounts.
### 3.4 Role-Based Permissions
Access to Platform features may be restricted according to assigned permissions and roles.
You agree not to:
* Use the Platform for unlawful activities
* Access systems without authorization
* Share credentials with unauthorized persons
* Attempt to bypass security controls
* Abuse, overload, or interfere with Platform operations
* Use the Platform to compromise third-party systems
Certain features may require an active paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, features, billing cycles, and limitations will be displayed before purchase.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to certain features.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google's billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment policies.
Subscription management may be performed through the user's Google Play account.
Refund requests and subscription cancellations are governed by the policies of the payment provider through which the purchase was made.
Users are solely responsible for:
* Credentials configured on connected servers
* Security of their servers
* Backup procedures
* Data stored on connected systems
* Actions performed through the Platform
Users must maintain adequate backups of their systems and information.
The Platform allows execution of commands on user-configured servers.
Commands executed through the Platform may:
* Modify systems
* Delete data
* Alter configurations
* Affect service availability
Users assume full responsibility for all executed commands and their consequences.
The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, content, and source code, remains the property of its respective owners and licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
* Continuous availability
* Error-free operation
* Uninterrupted access
* Compatibility with all environments
Maintenance, upgrades, and outages may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServerManager and its operator shall not be liable for:
* Server misconfiguration
* Command execution errors
* Data loss
* Service interruptions
* Downtime
* Security incidents caused by compromised credentials
* Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Users acknowledge the risks associated with remote server administration.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServerManager and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:
* Use of the Platform
* Violation of these Terms
* Unauthorized activities performed through their accounts
Access may be suspended or terminated:
* For violations of these Terms
* For security reasons
* For non-payment
* At the operator's discretion where permitted by law
Upon termination, access to Platform services may be revoked.
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
